Cruciferous vegetables are a large group of veg that really nutritious for your birds. Typically they provide calcium and iron.

Some are better than others but here's a list that we use most. Cruciferous vegetables contain glucosinolates which are under basic research for their potential properties of affecting some types of cancer.
